Lacrosse Photoshoot April 23rd

- Individual Photos - $30 per athlete (includes at least 4 individual images.)
Individual photos will be done during practice (we will pull a couple kids out at a time).
You'll get a few posed shots, as well as some action photos. I'm happy to do buddy or school group photos for all who are registered if we have time. I'll also take photos at at least one game this year and make those available to you as well.
Complete this registration form and submit payment to secure your spot. Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Note: Photos taken at this session may be posted online and/or used by your school and Jody Parks Photography for future promotions. $30 fee is non-refundable . Photos will be delivered via online gallery. REGISTER TODAY!
